The Stanford Facilities team needs to conduct an evaluation of the SRCF datacenter transformers, which feed the compute portions of SDFData and the S3DF Kubernetes resources.

This work will require a full outage of all S3DF services on July 7th, 2025, from 7 AM to 8 PM PDT.

During the outage, we will post regular updates on the #comp-sdf Slack channel.

The controls system will remain functional during this time, but NALMS will not (grafana status tbd). Also, the standard ways to remotely connect will be offline.

 
We expect PCDS to stay online during Monday's SRCF maintenance. s3dflogin will be inaccessible, but there are other options for reaching PCDS hosts: * SSH bastion/jump host
